SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
- We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and always on time.
- To ensure safe and fast delivery of products, we ship through reputed courier partners like BlueDart, Fedex, Delhivery, Xpressbess, Ecom Xpress & Indian Postal Services. Delivery charges will be displayed during the time of purchase.
- All ordered products would be shipped in 24-72 hours of placing the order.Most of the orders are despatched within 24 hours.
- OneLook Enterprise only holds the responsibility of handing over the consignment to the courier company in 3 working days of order placement and payment receipt. It will be in no case liable for the delivery delays made by the courier company.
- For order above Rs.499 shipping is absolutely free. For orders below Rs.499 there is a nominal fee which will be displayed during the time of purchase.
- Minimum Cart Value Rs 199.00 required for COD Payment.COD charges will be extra which will be shown while checkout.
- You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 4-6 working days in major cities in India and 7-9 working days for other locations as per your pin code.
We ship from Monday to Saturdays excluding public holidays. We cannot be held responsible from any shipment not arriving within any guaranteed time due to circumstances beyond our control.
- You can track your order online once it is dispatched. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability. We will intimate you in such cases by email
- If you feel packaging is tampered with or damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivery. Contact us with your order number through email id or our customer care number. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- You will be provided the carrier name and tracking number via email & SMS once your order ships.
We despatch all our orders through all reputed courier companies which gives us information when they are not able to deliver due to in-sufficient address or wrong pin-code. We ask customers to resolve the issue for smoother delivery process.Customer is notified by email and personally by phone.On non-correspondence from customer side, shipments are returned to the origin.In such cases,Refund will be issued only for product charges and not for shipping charges, which already paid to the courier companies for delivery of your order.
