RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

   We are committed in ensuring your satisfaction with any product that you have purchased  from onelook.in.We follow the below mentioned Return/Refund Policy

Returning the product when not satisfied.

  In an unlikely event when you are not satisfied with your purchase,you can initiate the return by following below steps.

  • Contact our Customer Support team via email (smile@onelook.in) within 3 business days of receiving the order.
  • Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the label/invoice for our reference.
  • After receiving approval request from our side,You just have to send the product back to us through courier at your cost.
  • Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any),bill,with their seals, labels,barcodes intact and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use.
  • Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

Please note:-

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Product is used or altered
  • If request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery
  • Free product provided by brand
  • Products from seasonal promotions or stock clearance or special discounted rate

Categories not eligible for Return:

  • All beauty products are non-returnable.However we believe in complete customer satisfaction and will try our level best to resolve the issue from our end.

Damaged/Tampered Delivery

Please do not accept the delivery of any item from the courier/delivery person, if you feel that the outer packaging is Damaged/Tampered. Please contact our customer care for replacement, immediately.

Damaged/Defective Product

In an unlikely event, if the product you received has some genuine defect then we will definitely take the product back and will not only refund you the entire amount paid but will also take care this event will not happen again.

  • Contact our Customer Support team via email (smile@onelook.in) within 3 business days of receiving the order.
  • Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the label/invoice for our reference.
  • After validating the data, we will arrange for the reverse pick-up.
  • Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any),bill,with their seals, labels,barcodes intact and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use.
  • Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

 

Time Limit

In case of return/replacement/exchange customer has to initiate the process within 3 Days/72 Hours after receiving the product delivery from the courier.

No Returns

Products from seasonal promotions or stock clearance or special discounted rate.

Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on Lipsticks,Compacts,Mascaras,Eyeshadows,blushers,briefs, swimwear, shape wear, hosiery, or any lingerie set that includes a brief.

Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues

If these items are returned to onelook.in, they will not be sent back to you and no any credit note will be issued.

Products which are sold as in packs cannot be returned as individual product.

Refund

If the payment  is made by Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card, we will refund your amount thrugh the same mode of payment.

If the payment was by Cash On Delivery / Cash Before Delivery, we will refund your money via UPI, NEFT or a cheque written in your name. You will have to provide the following details:

Order ID , UPI name or number, Full Banking detail for CHEQUE/NEFT payment

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s) with original invoice copy. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cash On Delivery and Cash Before Delivery, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the cardholder's Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.

How to Return Products

Cancellation Policy

 If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on smile@onelook.in or call us on +91 8140 826 826.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on smile@onelook.in.

  • In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
  • Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours after deducting to and fro shipping charges.
